Key Requirements
Must be a Fresher or a Graduate in any discipline.
Possession of an MBA-HR degree is highly preferred.
Ability to start the internship immediately.
Willingness to commit to a 3-month tenure.
Proficiency in cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing through various platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
