RECOVERY AGENT @ EEZY GROUP
EEZY GROUP is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Recovery Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is the efficient recovery of assigned assets and the collection of outstanding debts as instructed by your supervisor. You will be expected to meet specific performance targets, utilize assigned tools effectively, and ensure that all repossession instructions are understood and executed according to professional training and established company procedures. This role requires high levels of integrity and a commitment to following legal and procedural protocols to the letter.
In addition to field operations, the candidate will be responsible for the meticulous filing of repossession documentation and ensuring all required paperwork is submitted to the office within the stipulated timelines. If assigned a company motor vehicle, you must ensure it is well-maintained according to the service schedule and keep it in a clean condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex problem-solving situations with professionalism, contributing to the inclusive and non-discriminatory environment upheld by Eezy Group in all its operations.

Key Requirements
Good driving skills and MUST hold a valid driving license.
Certificate/Diploma in any Business field.
Experience in asset recovery and auctioneering field.
Good team player, determined and outgoing.
Have good report writing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict collection targets.
