PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST @ EDIFY.CLUB
Edify.Club is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in an in-office capacity in Bangalore. This full-time role is designed for a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about managing end-to-end marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to scale brand presence and drive growth.
Your core duties will involve hands-on budget management, conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM, and conducting deep-dive performance analysis to provide actionable insights. Key Requirements
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Proficiency in setting up and managing conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to share actionable insights from data.
Proven track record of managing budgets to drive high ROAS and low CPA.
Ability to perform rigorous A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting skills for collaborative team environments.
Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
Understanding of landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
