The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HCM solutions, focusing on the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Benefits modules. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex BPM workflows and approval processes to ensure seamless operational efficiency for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. You will be expected to leverage your extensive Oracle Cloud experience to provide expert guidance on best practices and system configurations. Key Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR modules.
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation.
Demonstrated knowledge of Absence Management systems.
Specialized expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits functional configuration.
Extensive experience working with BPM workflows and approvals.
Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is highly preferred.
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex HCM system issues.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
