Key Requirements
Proven experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to conduct effective pre-screening interviews.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment landscape in India.
Proficiency in using job boards and social media for hiring.
Ability to handle multiple roles and high-volume hiring.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
