CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) @ DOUBLE H COSMETICS
Double H Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales both in-store and online, particularly through engaging TikTok live sessions. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that every shopper has a positive experience and receives expert advice on our beauty products. This role requires a balance of retail management and digital marketing savvy. The work locations for this position include Sinza and Makumbusho.
In addition to sales, the CSR will manage various product offers, address and resolve customer complaints, and ensure the physical store environment is well-maintained. Other duties include general shop and customer management to ensure smooth daily operations. We operate from 9:00 AM to 10:40 PM, and priority will be given to applicants residing near the Sinza and Makumbusho areas. Proficient in both speaking and writing English.
Active user of social media platforms for marketing purposes.

Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Proactive and energetic personality suitable for a high-traffic sales environment.
