The Manager – Tender Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the complete tender sales process, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through government and private sector projects. The role requires strong leadership, market intelligence, and execution excellence. This position is based in the corporate office in Gulshan-1, Dhaka, and reports directly to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end tender sales activities, including identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up. They will also be tasked with analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and pricing strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Coordination with technical, finance, and operations teams is essential to ensure timely submission and compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in tender sales. Preferable experience in electrical equipment or the manufacturing sector. Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution capabilities. Fluent in English with strong presentation and reporting skills. Ability to lead end-to-end tender sales activities from identification to follow-up. Capability to analyze complex tender documents and technical specifications. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients. Ability to coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams. Skill in developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
