Don Sumdany HR Services is looking for a dedicated and energetic Executive for Talent Acquisition to join our team in Banani, Dhaka. This role is pivotal in managing our end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent for our clients. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various digital platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp, as well as leveraging your personal network for headhunting and employer branding initiatives. The salary for this position is BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month. In addition to sourcing, you will prepare and publish job circulars, screen and shortlist CVs, and conduct initial phone screenings to identify the best fits for specific roles. Your daily activities will also include attending client meetings to understand their unique hiring requirements and maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional proposals. You will support internal HR operations and manage onboarding documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Key Requirements

BBA in HRM or a relevant field from a well-reputed university. Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in an HR firm or reputed organization. Fluent in English with strong presentation and reporting skills. Skilled in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets for data management. Proficiency in using Canva and ChatGPT for creative and operational tasks. Strong LinkedIn presence with active professional networking capability. Ability to source candidates from LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups. Experience in preparing and publishing job circulars and screening CVs. Strong organizational skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills for client relationship management and onboarding. Ability to prepare professional proposals and send them to clients. Experience in conducting phone screenings and coordinating interviews. Capability to maintain client relationship management records. Willingness to support internal HR operations as required.
