QHSE OFFICER @ DIVYA KARMAA
Karmaa Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across our project sites in Central Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all operations comply with international and local safety regulations. You will work closely with site management to foster a safe working culture and mitigate potential hazards in an industrial setting.
This role requires frequent travel between various operational locations within the Central African region. Candidates should be prepared to handle incident investigations, prepare detailed QHSE reports, and lead safety training sessions for diverse teams. This is a critical position aimed at maintaining operational excellence while protecting the well-being of all employees and the environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Science.
Possession of recognized certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management in industrial or mining sectors.
Profound knowledge of international safety standards and environmental regulations.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and incident investigations.
Excellent communication skills for delivering safety training and writing reports.
Proficiency in safety data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across operational sites in Central Africa.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities to promote a safety culture.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and demanding environment.
