SALESFORCE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT @ DIVERSE LYNX
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join our team in Pleasanton, California. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Salesforce architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with overall business goals. A significant portion of this role involves leading complex integrations between Salesforce and Workday (HCM/Finance) using modern API strategies or middleware solutions like MuleSoft and Boomi. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in HR and Finance departments. You will provide strategic guidance on data modeling and security protocols while ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality. Candidates should be local to the Pleasanton area or nearby, as the role may require on-site presence for key meetings and collaborative sessions. This is a critical leadership position that requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Requirements
Enterprise-level Salesforce architecture experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Workday integration expertise (HCM/Finance) using APIs or middleware
Proficiency in middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi
Strong data modeling, security, and scalability design skills
Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
Ability to be on-site or nearby Pleasanton, CA for face-to-face meetings
Expert knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and best practices
Experience in large-scale system migrations and deployments
Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management
