This crucial role involves supporting the quality assurance process through rigorous testing of construction materials and roads. The successful applicant must possess 3–4 years of specialized experience in material and road testing, ensuring all components meet required safety and durability standards for high-quality housing development.

Key Requirements
3–4 years of experience in material testing.
3–4 years of experience in road testing.
Proficiency in conducting standard material quality control tests (e.g., concrete, asphalt).
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Accurate record-keeping and reporting of test results.
Experience with soil and aggregate testing.
Understanding of construction material specifications and standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM).
Strong organizational skills for managing samples and inventory.
Ability to work under pressure and meet testing deadlines.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
Collaboration with site engineers regarding material performance.
