DiLytics is currently seeking a highly experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team in Hyderabad. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent for various projects across the United States. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, possessing a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with technical recruitment.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct initial screenings, manage interview schedules, and facilitate the negotiation process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Key Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Deep understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through major job portals including LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to screen and interview technical candidates effectively for various IT roles.
Extensive experience in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
In-depth knowledge of US work visas such as H1B, Green Card, and TN visas.
Strong ability to negotiate salaries and hourly rates with candidates.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requirements.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
