The successful candidate will represent both employers and employees in a variety of high-stakes litigation matters, specifically focusing on wage-and-hour disputes and PAGA claims.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days in the office and two days remote. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, conducting workplace investigations, and meeting an annual billable target of 1,800 hours. The base salary for this role ranges from $230,000 to $280,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package for qualified legal professionals.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of legal experience in employment law.
Proficiency in representing both employers and employees in litigation.
Extensive experience with wage-and-hour litigation and PAGA claims.
Ability to provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.
Experience conducting thorough workplace investigations.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in the state of California.
Ability to meet an annual requirement of 1,800 billable hours.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills for courtroom representation.
Experience in handling high-stakes cases and complex legal matters.
