Dhoot Electrical Systems is actively seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join its dynamic Research & Development (R&D) department. This crucial entry-level position, titled Draftsman (GET), is based at our facility in Shendra MIDC, Aurangabad. The successful candidate will be a fresh engineering graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) with a strong foundation in design principles and a mandatory certification in AutoCAD. This role is instrumental in transforming conceptual ideas into tangible, technical realities through precise drawing and detailed documentation.
As a Draftsman GET, you will support the entire design and development lifecycle, ensuring all technical documentation meets required standards. You will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and supporting the design & development team. Key Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering degree (Freshers only)
Mandatory certification and proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to create precise technical drawings and schematics.
Responsible for technical documentation and drafting support.
Strong understanding of technical standards and specifications.
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the Design & Development team.
