INSURANCE EXPERT (LABORATORY SERVICES) @ DHM LAB
The company, DHM Lab, is seeking an experienced Insurance Expert to take full responsibility for building, managing, and leading the Insurance Department specifically for their laboratory services. The primary focus of this role is handling insurance patients and comprehensive claims management. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing all insurance operations, ensuring efficient processing of insurance approvals, meticulous claims submission, and effective coordination with various insurance companies and TPAs (Third Party Administrators). The expert is expected to ensure strict compliance with all relevant insurance policies, documentation requirements, and internal procedures as the department grows. The location for this role is Al Majaz 1, UAE, with immediate joining preferred.
In addition to managing the core insurance functions, the Insurance Expert will be required to work independently to establish robust new systems and workflows. During periods of low insurance workload or early development, the role mandates supporting the Finance Manager with essential financial and administrative duties. Successful candidates must possess proven experience in insurance handling within the medical or healthcare sector, coupled with strong coordination and communication abilities necessary for high-level interaction with external partners and internal finance teams.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in insurance handling within the medical laboratory or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of insurance processes, claims, and documentation.
Ability to work independently and establish new systems and workflows.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during the department’s development phase.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Expertise in managing insurance approvals and claims submission for laboratory services.
Knowledge of TPA coordination and standard medical insurance policies.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining proper compliance and documentation.
