Dexian is actively seeking driven US IT Recruiters to join their expanding team based in Noida, India. This crucial role supports the company's direct client hiring needs within the highly competitive US IT market. The position requires 100% onsite attendance in Noida, ensuring dedicated team collaboration and maximum productivity. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding, ensuring the timely fulfillment of complex technical requirements for clients located across the United States. This is a high-impact role requiring commitment and specialized domain knowledge.
The ideal candidate must possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience specifically in US IT recruitment, coupled with robust experience in direct client engagement. A fundamental requirement includes having working knowledge of US tax terms (such as W2, C2C, and 1099) and various US visa types, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for candidates. Furthermore, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams, as well as for successful candidate interaction throughout the entire process. This role demands a high level of dedication, expertise in strategic sourcing, meticulous screening, effective negotiation, and closing high-caliber IT professionals.

Experience in Direct Client hiring
Working knowledge of US tax terms and visa types (e.g., H1B, EAD, GC, W2, C2C)
Strong communication skills for effective candidate and client interaction
Proven stakeholder management skills
Experience across the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Ability to work 100% Onsite in Noida
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various job boards and social media platforms
Understanding of specific IT industry terminology and technical roles
Expertise in negotiation and salary closing with candidates
Ability to maintain and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
