Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated Aftermarket Sales Engineer to be based in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. This role is pivotal for driving sales growth through individual efforts and third-party channels while implementing divisional market strategies effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from responding to inquiries and canvassing new customers to ensuring 100% invoicing and managing receivables in line with company policies.
Beyond direct sales, the Aftermarket Sales Engineer will organize technical training for key accounts and maintain robust relationships with dealers and customers within the assigned territory. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside the after-market team and supply chain departments to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional post-purchase service. This position requires a proactive professional with a Bachelor's degree, business-level English, and ideally, experience in compressor sales and Mandarin language skills.

Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Business level proficiency in English for professional communication.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Sales Engineer.
Prior experience selling compressors is highly preferred.
Ability to speak Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
Proven track record of achieving individual or channel sales targets.
Ability to implement divisional market strategies to improve brand presence.
Strong understanding of contract management and order processing workflows.
Excellent communication skills for responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with customers and dealers.
Willingness to conduct canvassing activities within assigned market areas.
