SENIOR ORACLE CLOUD FINANCIALS, HCM, AND SCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT @ DCUBE SOLUTIONS
DCube Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in the Oracle Cloud suite. This pivotal role requires deep, integrated expertise across Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle Cloud SCM modules. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through critical implementation phases, providing functional expertise, and ensuring seamless integration between these core business functions. This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in Houston, TX, combining the flexibility of remote work with necessary on-site collaboration.
The successful candidate will leverage their comprehensive functional knowledge to analyze business requirements, configure the Oracle Cloud applications, and deliver tailored solutions that optimize client operations. Key responsibilities include managing data migration, performing system testing, and providing end-user training and support for Financials (GL, AP, AR), HCM (Core HR, Payroll), and SCM processes. The role demands excellent technical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and timeline constraints.

Key Requirements
Expert functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
Proficiency with Oracle Cloud SCM functional processes, including procurement and inventory management.
Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid model (partially remote, partially onsite in Houston, TX).
Proven experience with full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple pillars.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into configured Oracle Cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of integration points between Financials, HCM, and SCM.
Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Financials or HCM) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant.
