DCube Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Houston, TX. This pivotal role involves leading the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules across various client projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial accounting principles coupled with hands-on configuration experience within the Oracle Cloud environment. You will serve as the primary functional expert, ensuring successful system deployment and user adoption.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into robust Oracle solutions, conducting system testing, and providing training and post-implementation support to end-users. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to drive project deliverables while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
Proven ability to lead implementation projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
Expertise in configuration and setup of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Ability to perform functional testing and user training.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience with data migration and integration tools.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex financial issues.
Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Houston, TX.
