ORACLE HCM CLOUD CONSULTANT @ DCUBE SOLUTIONS
We are looking for a dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our growing team in a hybrid role located in Houston, TX. This consultant will be responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for our clients. The role requires a strong blend of functional HR knowledge and technical system configuration skills to deliver solutions that meet complex organizational needs.
Primary duties include leading requirement gathering sessions, designing solution architecture within Oracle HCM, configuring modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and Absence Management, and executing comprehensive testing strategies. The consultant must possess excellent client interaction skills, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance business operations.

Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for HCM solutions.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Familiarity with HCM data conversion and reporting tools.
Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setting based in Houston, TX.
