WEB/PHP DEVELOPER @ DARSH
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web/PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PHP, web development principles, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our website and applications. This role involves participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites using PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies. You will troubleshoot and debug web applications, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability. This position offers a competitive salary and the flexibility to either work from home or relocate to our main office in Tanzania. If you choose to relocate, the company will cover all expenses including flight, working visa, and local benefits such as medical and transportation.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Web/PHP development.
Strong proficiency in PHP and solid understanding of OOP principles.
Working knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with popular PHP frameworks is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for web applications.
Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
