The ideal candidate will have 1 3 years of proven experience in fast-paced sectors like E-commerce, Food Delivery, or FMCG, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.The responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive are centered around key operational and communication tasks. You will be expected to manage and respond to customer queries across all communication channels, including handling inbound and outbound calls and addressing social media comments and messages. A crucial part of the role involves order tracking, delivery coordination, and working closely with internal operations teams to resolve issues promptly and according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Furthermore, this position is integral to customer retention strategies, requiring diligent follow-ups to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Requirements

Handle customer communication via calls, email, and social media. Manage social media queries and responses effectively. Coordinate closely with operations teams (ops teams) to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure every customer interaction is smooth and satisfying. Possess 1 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Food Delivery, or FMCG sectors. Demonstrate strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Maintain a proactive customer-first mindset. Perform order tracking and coordinate delivery processes. Handle complaint resolution diligently as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Execute customer retention strategies and perform necessary follow-ups.
