MANAGER – EXPORT & IMPORT @ DALMIA POLYPRO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD
Dalmia Polypro Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Manager – Export & Import at our facility in Lakhmapur, Nashik. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of export and import operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade laws and local regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex DGFT policies and manage EPCG processes from initial application through to final redemption. The work location for this role is Lakhmapur, Tal. Dindori, Dist. Nashik, Maharashtra.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on supply chain efficiency and regulatory adherence. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHAs) and freight forwarders, managing duty drawback claims, and staying updated on RoDTEP schemes to optimize financial benefits for the company. We are looking for an immediate joiner who can contribute to our team's success in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements
10–12 years of relevant experience in Export and Import operations.
Strong knowledge of EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) from application to redemption.
In-depth understanding of Customs Regulations and international trade compliance.
Proficiency in DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) policies and procedures.
Expertise in RoDTEP and Duty Drawback schemes.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end import/export documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with CHAs and freight forwarders.
Background in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset to optimize supply chain processes and costs.
