The core focus of this role involves ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the company's technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive installation, configuration, and maintenance of both Windows and Linux servers, alongside robust management of the entire network stack, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, Firewalls, and VPN services. The System Administrator will be crucial in maintaining Active Directory services, managing user access controls, and implementing vital backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.
This position requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience, possessing strong knowledge of server virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. A fundamental understanding of modern cybersecurity best practices is essential for this role, as is the ability to monitor system performance proactively, execute necessary updates and patch management, and resolve complex technical issues swiftly. The role also includes maintaining Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in System or Network Administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Linux operating systems, and Active Directory management.
Demonstrated experience with server virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Basic understanding and practical application of cybersecurity best practices.
Proven strong troubleshooting and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux servers.
Ability to manage and secure complex network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Firewall, and VPN.
Skill in monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace services and ensuring system security through updates and patch management.
