This is a leadership role designed for a professional who excels in creating high-quality pastry products and managing kitchen operations within a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting. The position involves menu development, cost control, and the mentorship of junior staff to ensure a consistent standard of excellence in dessert preparation and presentation. Salary for this position is offered between USD 800 and 1300.
Candidates must demonstrate at least five years of progressive pastry experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive pastry experience
2+ years in a leadership / supervisory role
Experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant operations
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, menu development & cost control
Team leadership and training skills
Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations efficiently
Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
