You will be the backbone of a winning team, managing complex files and ensuring a smooth experience for all clients and referral partners. The successful candidate will work directly with a top-producing Loan Officer, playing a critical role in the mortgage lifecycle from contract to close. You must be able to confidently handle a high volume of files without sacrificing communication quality or attention to detail. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who deeply understands industry guidelines and can keep all parties informed throughout the process. Key Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior Mortgage Processor in a high-volume environment
Deep understanding of mortgage guidelines, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
Proven ability to manage complex files and solve problems proactively
Exceptional communication skills to keep clients and referral partners informed
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict closing deadlines
Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems and related technology
Ability to maintain professionalism and calm under pressure from contract to close
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with top-producing Loan Officers
Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other industry compliance regulations
