NON-IT RECRUITER (BULK & FRONTLINE HIRING) @ CREDMINT
Credmint is actively seeking a motivated and energetic Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is specifically designed for professionals who excel in bulk and frontline hiring environments, focusing on high-volume recruitment to meet the company's growing operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of energy and a results-oriented mindset to ensure that hiring targets are consistently met and exceeded.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing candidates from various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial telephonic interviews. You will also coordinate subsequent interview rounds, manage candidate follow-ups, and support the final offer rollout and onboarding process. While the primary location for this role is Indore, the recruitment scope may also involve talent pools in surrounding areas such as Bhopal and Dewas.

Key Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with bulk calling and target-based hiring
6 months – 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or telesales
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently
Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates for frontline roles
Proficiency in conducting telephonic interviews and assessments
Capability to coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
Experience supporting offer rollout and the joining process
Proficiency in using MS Office and basic recruitment tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
