PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SPECIALIST @ CREDENCE RM
We are currently hiring for the position of Prior Authorization Specialist to join our professional team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of direct experience specifically focused on initiating and monitoring medical authorizations. This role requires working onsite (Work From Office) and adhering to US shift timings. Successful candidates will be responsible for navigating complex insurance requirements, managing patient data securely, and ensuring that all authorization tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner to avoid service delays.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in prior Authorization.
Expertise in initiating and monitoring authorization requests.
Ability to work onsite (WFO) in the Pune location.
Flexibility to work consistent US shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in medical management software and EHR systems.
Deep understanding of insurance provider requirements and policies.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy standards.
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Analytical problem-solving skills to handle denied authorizations.
