Key Requirements
6–7 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Mandatory CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or IHRM certification.
Strong experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, specifically for white-collar roles.
Hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Performance Management Systems.
Tech-savvy with significant exposure to HRIS and digital HR tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and governance standards.
Strong capability in HR data management, analytics, and reporting.
