Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles.
Extensive experience working with international non-governmental organizations.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational development.
Strong background in financial management and donor compliance.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Master’s degree in Public Administration, International Relations, or Business.
