SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – JAVA / REACT (3 OPENINGS) @ COULOIR TECH GROUP
We are currently hiring for three Senior Software Engineer positions to support a large-scale Wealth Management initiative within the Investment Management domain. This is an onsite role based in Burlington, MA, and is open only to local candidates. The duration of the assignment is 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The successful candidates will be integral to the development and maintenance of high-performance financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in software development, specifically focusing on full-stack capabilities. You will be expected to work with React on the frontend and Java on the backend, ensuring high-quality code and robust system architecture. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly wealth management, is highly desired to help drive these critical initiatives forward while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Solid backend development experience using Java.
Experience with database technologies and design.
Exposure to C# programming within a professional environment.
Prior experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management domain.
Strong frontend and backend integration expertise.
Ability to work onsite in Burlington, MA (Locals only).
Experience working on large-scale wealth management initiatives.
