SR. EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION @ CORROHEALTH
Corrohealth is looking for a dedicated Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition to join their team in Hyderabad. The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US healthcare roles, particularly in medical coding. You will be responsible for everything from initial sourcing and screening to final candidate closure, ensuring a high-quality talent pool that meets the specific needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and provide a seamless candidate experience. Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Workday, is highly preferred. This role requires someone with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate the fast-paced environment of US healthcare recruitment. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Must have experience in US healthcare hiring.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Familiarity with ATS, preferably Workday.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for medical coding roles.
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
Proficiency in closing candidates and handling offer negotiations.
Capability to maintain and update candidate data accurately in an ATS.
