FIELD HVAC CONTROLS PROJECT MANAGER @ CORGTA
We are seeking a hands-on Field HVAC Controls Project Manager to oversee the execution of HVAC controls projects in the Boston and Cambridge area. This is a dynamic role where you will be active on-site for approximately three days a week, managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure precise installation and high-quality results. Your primary focus will be validating wiring, sensors, and data accuracy while driving commissioning close-outs for multiple concurrent projects. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can handle the technical realities of the field and ensure that project delivery remains on schedule.

Key Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC controls experience in field environments.
Demonstrated experience in commissioning and project close-out procedures.
Familiarity with HVAC programming and system logic.
Ability to manage field teams, including electricians and third-party subcontractors.
Proficiency in validating controller installations, wiring, and sensor accuracy.
Strong troubleshooting skills to solve real-world field challenges.
Ability to manage 3 to 4 concurrent projects with high volume and fast cycles.
Experience with Niagara (Tridium) software platforms is a strong plus.
Knowledge of major control systems such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Siemens.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
