This role seeks a specialized Director or Senior Manager to serve as the primary platform owner for the Broadridge IMPACT system within a Fixed Income post-trade and settlements environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and modernizing Fixed Income Settlements and Clearing technology, leading global IMPACT strategy, and managing critical vendor relationships. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to oversee production stability in a 24/7 support environment while managing complex portfolios ranging from $2M to $15M.
The role involves leading and growing a high-performing team while demonstrating fluency in the entire trade lifecycle, including capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, fails, and reconciliations. Experience with major depositories such as DTCC, CDS, and Euroclear is essential, as is a thorough understanding of custodian interactions and billing flows. The position is based in Toronto with a hybrid work model requiring 3–4 days onsite. Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 CAD + 20% bonus + 4 weeks vacation.
Key Requirements
Deep, hands-on Broadridge IMPACT experience is mandatory.
Proven experience owning, administering, upgrading, or enhancing IMPACT platforms.
Extensive leadership experience in Fixed Income post-trade technology.
Previous experience working in large Financial Institutional environments such as Canadian or global banks.
Demonstrated ability to lead modernization efforts and oversee global settlements platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Fixed Income settlements and clearing processes.
Fluent understanding of CTB (Clearance, Trading & Billing) functions.
Expertise in the trade lifecycle: capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, fails, and reconciliations.
Familiarity with international and domestic depositories including DTCC, CDS, and Euroclear.
Strong understanding of custodian interactions, exception handling, and billing flows.
