CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER @ CONSULT GREENFIELD
This role requires a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dubai. The primary responsibility involves managing a portfolio of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) clients, serving as their main point of contact. Key tasks include successfully onboarding new clients, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clientele, and driving overall client retention strategies. The manager will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and realizing the value of our services. Furthermore, the role involves complex coordination and detailed reporting. The Customer Success Manager will conduct regular, thorough service reviews, which encompass synthesizing incident summaries, analyzing threat trends, and demonstrating tangible value realization to stakeholders. The role also involves handling account renewals and requires close coordination with internal teams, including the Security Operations Center (SOC), engineering, and project teams, to guarantee smooth service deployment and ongoing operational excellence. Candidates must currently reside in the UAE, and prior experience within the MSSP sector is highly desirable.
Key Requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSSP clients.
Responsible for onboarding new clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Maintain client retention.
Conduct regular service reviews, including incident summaries, threat trends, and value realization.
Handle renewals.
Coordinate with SOC, engineering, and project teams for smooth deployment.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Experience in Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments is highly desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting service reviews.
