Key Requirements
Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or FRM certification
At least 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance
In-depth knowledge of Canadian banking regulations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions
Excellent analytical and investigative skills
Proven track record of implementing compliance programs
Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with regulatory bodies
Advanced proficiency in risk assessment tools and software
