AREA SALES MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL) @ COMPTECH
Comptech is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to manage our international sales portfolio in Russia. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in the air compressor industry who can navigate the complexities of the Russian market. Your primary goal will be to increase market share and build strong, lasting relationships with key industrial stakeholders across the country.

Key Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of air compressor systems and applications.
Extensive experience in international sales management within Russia.
Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of industrial clients.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Russian and English for professional business communication.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-value contracts.
Knowledge of Russian industrial standards and certifications.
Experience in developing and executing localized sales strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering measurable results.
