DEPUTY MANAGER – RECOVERIES @ COLLECTIUS

We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager – Recoveries to oversee our recovery operations and ensure the effective management of debt collection portfolios. Key Requirements
Minimum 7 to 8 years of professional experience in debt recovery
Mandatory background in NBFC operations
Mandatory background in Collection Agency operations
Proficiency in designing and implementing recovery strategies
Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of recovery officers
In-depth knowledge of local and national debt collection legal procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for debtor interaction
Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports effectively
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct in financial services
