Key Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.

Proven success working with Implementation Partners.

Experience in marketing Bench Consultants for various IT requirements.
Knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations such as OPT and H1B.
Proficiency in negotiating rates and closing deals with vendors.
Capability to maintain and grow a database of contacts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
