In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries related to the U.S. mortgage process primarily through professional email correspondence. Your duties will include providing accurate and timely updates regarding loan status, escrow accounts, payments, taxes, and insurance, while ensuring that all customer interactions are documented meticulously to maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key Requirements
Possession of a degree in any graduate discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on email etiquette.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex customer issues.
Willingness and ability to work consistently in night shifts (5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
