JRSPACKAGE SPECIALIST-SAP GRC (STANDARD) - 20 POSITIONS @ COGENCY
Cogency is currently seeking skilled professionals for the role of JRSPackage Specialist-SAP GRC (Standard) to join our expanding team. This position is available across several major hubs in India, specifically Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai, with a total of 20 openings currently available. The role is focused on high-level SAP GRC implementation and management within the S/4HANA environment, requiring candidates who can navigate complex risk and compliance landscapes while delivering robust security solutions.
Successful candidates will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom SoD risk rule sets that align with specific business processes and regulatory requirements. You will manage MSMP workflows, handle Access Request Management (ARM), and oversee Emergency Access Management (EAM) processes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues, providing technical guidance to end-users on GRC best practices, and supporting internal and external auditors with detailed evidence gathering and remediation execution. Please note that the notice period for these positions is immediate to 20 days.

Key Requirements
Mandatory SAP GRC S4Hana implementation experience.
Proven expertise in Risk analysis & remediation.
Proficiency in configuring and monitoring MSMP workflows.
Experience in Access Request Management (ARM) and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
A total of at least 7 years of professional experience in the field.
Between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience specifically in SAP GRC.
Minimum of 1 project experience implementing SAP GRC for S/4HANA migrations.
Ability to design and maintain custom SoD risk rule sets.
Experience in performing risk analysis for roles and user assignments using GRC ARA.
Capacity to provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end-users.
