Codemech Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team located in Nikol, Ahmedabad. Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is required
Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Experience with diverse sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, networking)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of basic HR laws and regulations relevant to hiring practices in India
Ability to conduct effective behavioral and technical interviews
Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships and candidate experience
