Join our team as a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative based in Quezon City. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to start or grow their careers in the BPO industry specifically in a non-voice capacity. This role primarily involves handling customer queries via email and other digital channels, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction without the need for phone calls. The work setup is strictly on-site in Quezon City, providing a collaborative and professional office environment for those who thrive in team settings. The compensation package includes a ₱20,000 basic salary plus a ₱1,500 allowance. Additional benefits include a night differential for late shifts, HMO coverage upon regularization, and a ₱12,000 signing bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with previous retail or BPO experience to transition into a specialized email support role within a reputable firm. Candidates will be expected to maintain professional communication standards while navigating various internal systems and platforms.

Key Requirements

College Graduate of any course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply with no experience). College Level candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience in email support. College Level candidates can also qualify with 6 months of experience in the retail industry. High School or Senior High School graduates must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience. HS/SHS candidates must specifically have 6 months of background in email support. Willingness to work strictly on-site at the Quezon City location. Proficiency in written English communication for non-voice interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily service level agreements. Familiarity with computer operations and the ability to multitask across different software tabs. Must be willing to work night shifts to qualify for night differential pay.
