REACT TECHNICAL LEAD @ CLOUDROVER
We are seeking a React Technical Lead for our Nashville, TN location. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the frontend architecture and leading a team of developers in building interactive and responsive web applications using React.js. You will set the standard for code quality and UI/UX implementation across our product suite.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend development to ensure our applications remain modern and performant. Key Requirements
Proven expertise in React.js and its core principles.
Experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
Strong knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript/ES6+, CSS3, and HTML5.
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM).
Ability to design scalable frontend architectures.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
