FULL JAVA STACK TECHNICAL LEAD @ CLOUDROVER
We are looking for a Full Java Stack Technical Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise for our development team in a remote capacity. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring they meet architectural standards and business requirements. You will serve as a mentor to junior developers and a key point of contact for project stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in Java Full Stack development.
Proven track record of technical leadership or team management.
Strong experience in architectural design and system integration.
In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
