BUSINESS ANALYST @ CLOUDROVER
A Business Analyst position is available in Hanover to help bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve organizational efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of our software development projects by ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs.
As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate workshops, document user stories, and manage project documentation throughout the SDLC. You will work closely with product owners and developers to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and business acumen to drive value across multiple departments.

Strong experience in business requirement gathering and analysis.
Proficiency in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical user stories.
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
