Cloudberry Properties is seeking a creative powerhouse to join our team as an Editor and Motion Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing luxury real estate to life through compelling video content and innovative design. Your primary duties will involve shooting luxury properties on location across Dubai and editing high-quality real estate videos that capture the essence of high-end living. You will also create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts to drive our social media presence and capture the attention of potential buyers and investors. Beyond video production, you will be tasked with creating motion graphics using Canva and potentially After Effects to enhance our brand's visual identity. Working closely with our marketing team, you will ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms while maintaining a fast-paced delivery schedule. Key Requirements
2+ years of video editing experience (real estate experience preferred).
Experience with on-location shoots specifically for luxury properties.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of social media formats and current digital trends.
Extensive experience editing vertical (9:16) content for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
Basic motion graphics skills, specifically using tools like Canva.
Ability to deliver high-quality edits with a quick turnaround time.
Ability to work collaboratively within a marketing team environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for advanced motion graphics.
Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and buyer demographics.
