Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales roles.
At least 5 years of specific experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven hunter mindset with a focus on acquiring new enterprise accounts.
Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Strong capability to navigate and manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align sales goals with business strategy.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of cloud-based service delivery.
Willingness to work from or relocate to Bangalore, Delhi, or Noida.
