This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the President of the organization, overseeing an operation that generates over $10 million in annual revenue. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive management team including an Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and several Front of the House managers, while managing a total staff of more than 100 employees. This position requires a stable track record in high-volume settings and a dedication to maintaining a culture of genuine care and excellence. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a High Volume Restaurant General Manager.
Stable professional track record in the restaurant industry.
Experience managing annual sales volumes exceeding $10 Million.
Expertise in managing a diverse team including Executive Chefs and Front of House Managers.
Strong knowledge of seafood-centric menu concepts and upscale dining.
