PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – MUCILAGE / MIXING @ CHONCHANOK TALENTVIS
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor specialized in Mucilage and Mixing to join our manufacturing team in Ban Khai, Rayong. The primary focus of this role is to supervise and meticulously control the mixing and mucilage preparation processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring key technical parameters, including viscosity, temperature, and quality, to prevent any contamination and guarantee that all products meet our rigorous quality standards. The total compensation package for this position is up to 50K.
In addition to technical supervision, you will be a vital link between the Production, QA, and Maintenance departments, facilitating clear communication and coordination to meet production goals. As a lead for shift operations, you will manage the production team and ensure that all activities comply with cGMP and ISO standards. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and high-quality production environment. Key Requirements
Thai nationality only.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, or related fields.
4–6 years of experience in mixing/process operations.
Background in Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
Proven ability to lead shift operations and a production team.
Ability to monitor and adjust technical parameters like viscosity and temperature.
Excellent coordination skills for working with QA and Maintenance teams.
Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation system.
